Regresa a la pantalla grande esta saga del famoso videojuego estelarizado por Alice y Zombies; en esta quinta entrega, Alice es capturada por la corporación Umbrella y despierta en el corazón de una de las instalaciones de la compañía; mientras se mueve en las instalaciones, se revela más de su pasado y continúa la caza de los responsables de la epidemia. Su búsqueda la lleva a recorrer Tokio, Nueva York, Washington D.C. y Moscú.
